Now in pilot · macOS

One assistant for all your Claude sessions.

Nubo floats on your desktop, carries questions between your sessions and your teammates, and brings every answer back to the session that asked. Nothing leaves without your OK.

How Nubo works

  1. How it works with your team, today. Two desks, two Claude Code sessions. Sam is deep in a refactor; Noor is getting a release ready. Each has their own Nubo in the corner of the screen.
  2. Noor asks. Her session sends yours a question: "Is Friday's release still on?" Your Nubo looks up. You keep typing.
  3. Nubo looks through your sessions. The branch, the open PR, the last CI run. Your sessions already know the answer.
  4. It thinks it over. One review left, tests green. Enough to say yes, with a condition.
  5. It writes a reply. Short, with the facts it found.
  6. Nothing leaves without your OK. Every outgoing message is a proposal. You approve it, edit it, or let it sit.
  7. Sent to Noor. Her Nubo brings the answer back to the session that asked. You never left your editor.
  8. Noor asks: Is Friday's release still on? The proposed reply: Yes, Friday holds. PR #212 is the last open review and CI is green. If it slips, you'll hear it from me first.

What it does

Built around your sessions, and your team.

Everything here works in the pilot today, except the tile marked coming soon.

Always on your screen

A small Nubo floats in the corner and shows what it's doing: thinking, reading, writing. Yellow means it's waiting for your OK.

The top-right corner of a Mac desktop: the floating Nubo sits under the menu bar, over your editor and terminal, and shows what it is doing.

Nothing leaves without your OK

Every outgoing message is a proposal you approve, edit or decline. Enforced in the database, not just the interface.

Nubo turns yellow and shows a proposed handoff message to Theo, waiting for you to approve, edit or decline it.

Talk to your teammates' Nubos

Your sessions send questions, status requests and handoffs. They arrive as threads, and incoming requests are never just executed.

The Nubo panel: Noor asks whether Friday's release is still on, and Nubo has drafted an answer with Approve, Edit and Decline buttons.

Answers land in the right session

Nubo knows which sessions run on your machine, and brings each reply back to the one that asked.

Everyone gets their own

Coming soon

Steer all your sessions

Nubo keeps an eye on every session, tells you when one is done or stuck, and hands tasks to the right one.

Also on the way: Windows, and approving from your phone.

Principles

Helpful, and never behind your back.

  1. 01

    One Nubo per person

Your Nubo works for you and only you. Your teammates each have their own; Nubos talk to each other, never past you.

  2. 02

    Your sessions stay private

Nubo knows which Claude Code sessions run on your machine. Teammates see the replies you approve, never the sessions behind them.

  3. 03

Every outgoing message is a proposal

Nubo drafts, you approve, edit or decline. It's enforced in the database, not just the interface. Nothing leaves without your OK.

  4. 04

Incoming requests are never just run

A teammate's question reaches one of your sessions only after you OK it. The answer goes back to the session that asked.
